1. Registration Fee

RETURNING STUDENTS

NEW STUDENTS

v One time payment to be paid at the time of registration (non-refundable)

  • $150 Per child
  • Administration Fee:

Ø    $ 75 per family of 1 child

Ø    $ 125 per family of 2 or more children

  • HS Lab Fee: $100 for 1 child, $200 1 or more children
  • Book Usage Fee: $150 per child for KG - 5th Grades

LaLate fee of $175 if registering after 4/13/2008.

HOW TO COMPUTE TUITION:

(A) For families with a gross income of  $ 100, 000 or more: (TABLE *3)

Add tuition of each child from Table# 3 and total the amounts. This is your monthly  payment.

(B) For families with a gross income of less than $ 100, 000: (TABLE *4)

Child 1 – Take tuition fee from column 1 of the appropriate row.

Child 2 – Take tuition fee from column 2 of the appropriate row.

Child 3 – Take tuition fee from column 3 of the appropriate row.

Child 4 – Take tuition fee from column 4 of the appropriate row

Child 5 – Take tuition fee from column 5 of the appropriate row and so on.

Total the amounts. This is your monthly tuition payment.

NOTES

  •  A $10 late payment penalty will be assessed per family for tuition payment made after the 5th day of each month.
  •  A processing fee of $20 will be assessed on each returned check.
  • CPSA reserves the right to withhold student records and report cards until all outstanding dues are paid in full.
  • All delinquent accounts from the previous year must be paid in full before a student will be permitted to register for the next school year.
  • CPSA reserves the right to remove students from class for failure to make timely payment of monthly fees.

  • A full year’s tuition must be paid for students taking early graduation or dropping out of the school, before the end of the academic year. 

  • Sibling discount will only be available to families with a gross yearly income of less than $100,000. Disclosure of income and other assets are required for verification.

  • NO DISCOUNT to Pre-School and/or Kindergarten.
